Minutes of the meeting held at Hoyland Common WMC on Thursday 10th November 2011.

Item 1
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted as a true record, proposed by Pinfold Pumas seconded by Worsbrough Common

Matters arising – Dearne & District asked if B team had been allowed in league - they would be in next set of fixtures

Correspondence -
Sheffield & Hallamshire -  FA Charter Standard Clubs and Leagues - Free legal helpline season 2011-12.
                                           Charter Standard League In Service courses - First Aid, Refs course, Level           
                                           1coaching.
                                           Mini soccer centre at Goodwin Sports Centre for players aged 5 - 11 not
                                           registered with any club, Sats 10 am - 11 am, 21st January - 12th May, cost £1 per
                                           child.   
                                           Charter Standard In Service Training - Introduction to futsal, 12th Dec, 6.30 - 8.30
                                           Rossington Community Sports Village, 24 free places.
                                           FA Licensed Coaches Conference for level 1 & 2 coaches, 4th Dec, Wembly
                                           Stadium, 10.30 am - 4.30 pm,  £69.95 for licensed coaches  £119.95 non licensed.
                                           Clubs trying to gain Charter Standard need to keep in contact with County FA,  
                                           running clinics to support clubs.
                                           Women’s Euro 2013 qualifier, Keepmoat Stadium 23rd November 7.30 kick off.

Fixtures – It was asked from the floor why the U7 fixtures are not on the internet - FA do not allow under 7 and under 8 fixtures to be published.  It was pointed out that the under 8’s are showing on web - will get Daz to look into this.
Under 9’s will have a cup competition towards the back end of the season when we have a better idea of weather conditions

Fines / Suspensions – Issued by Sheffield & Hallamshire -

Club Matters –  Cup Finals to be held 29th April 2012 with the U9’s, U10’s and U11’s playing in the finals.  Under 7’s and U8’s usually have a short game and then a presentation.  It was asked from the floor if they could have a longer game - this may be possible if we get help on the day, will discuss in committee.
Under 9 team playing with size 3 ball - new rules say should be size 4
